The papers must be prepared in Microsoft Word 2007-2010. For all text,
the font should be Times New Roman, 12 pt. Page margins should be
selected from 3cm left, 1cm right, 2.5cm top and 3cm bottom,
1cm indent for the first line. Paper must be no less than two pages .
Administrative rejections (no resubmission allowed):
A paper does not fit in the scope of ICCT 2025
A paper has extremely low quality
Once your abstract is accepted, you should submit a Final Paper of 3 to 6 pages
(including references). You will be able to download a customized template of
the Final Paper which includes your title and author details.
Final Paper
The paper must be prepared in strict accordance with IEEE publication requirements.Papers are accepted for publication on the understanding that they have not been published and are not being considered for publication elsewhere. It is assumed that all named authors agree with the contents and form of the manuscript and are responsible for the validity and originality of data contained therein. The novelty of the results must be at least 60%.

A paper has a high degree of similarity with other publications
A paper is a resubmission of a recently rejected paper
A paper has extremely low quality
